At RESÈT, your appointments are very important to us. We reserve this time exclusively for you, and we also want to be respectful of the time of our other guests and our team.
Any cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the services booked.
No-shows will be charged the full 100% of the scheduled service.
We understand that unexpected things can come up, and we truly value your consideration in letting us know as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of others — it allows us to continue providing the best possible experience for all of our guests.
We kindly ask guests to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment so they can settle in and begin their Resèt experience in a relaxed and unhurried way.
