This policy explains what Resèt collects through resetrb.com, why, who it goes to, and how to have it deleted. It covers this website only — not your visits to the salon, and not bookings, memberships or gift cards, which are handled by Boulevard (see below).

What we collect, and when
We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site:
- Contact form — your name, email, phone number (optional), what you're asking about, and your message.
- Private gathering enquiry — your name, email, phone number (optional), the occasion, number of guests, preferred date, package, and your message.
- Job application — your name, email, phone number (optional), the position, your experience, a link to your work, your message, and your résumé if you attach one.
- With every form, we also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, and your IP address, so we can spot and block spam.
What we don't collect
We don't run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking on this site, and resetrb.com sets no cookies for visitors. We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send through a form, payment details or medical information.
How we use it
We don't use it for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
- To reply to your enquiry, plan your gathering, or consider your application.
- To send you one automatic email confirming we received your message.
- To keep this website free of spam.
Who it goes to
Your submission is saved securely and emailed to our team. The services that do that for us, and host this site, are:

We don't sell or share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Booking, memberships and gift cards
When you reserve a ritual, join a membership or buy a gift card, you do it through Boulevard, our booking system, on Boulevard's own pages. What you enter there is covered by Boulevard's privacy policy and the Resèt guest policies, not this one.
Videos and the map
The videos on this site play through Vimeo, set not to track you. The map on our Location page is Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. See our Cookie Policy for the details.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to respond and keep sensible records, and we delete yours whenever you ask.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us: email info@resetrb.com or call 732-889-8244. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
