Over the past 14 years, I have dedicated my career to mastering the art of hairstyling, specializing in cuts and color. This journey has been both fulfilling and transformative, allowing me to build a successful business and establish a loyal clientele.
Recently, I have shifted my focus to offer a broader range of services that cater to the evolving needs of my clients. I now specialize in hair extensions, smoothing treatments, and scalp treatments, along with various other services aimed at enhancing hair health and beauty. My goal is to provide a holistic approach to hair care, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and rejuvenated.

As a former brand educator for Innersense Organic Beauty, I have traveled the country teaching in salons, worked on professional photoshoot and commercial sets, and been quoted in US Weekly. In my years of experience, I’ve learned that every curly/wavy-haired person has unique haircare needs and preferences. That’s why my mission is to provide customized, simplified curly haircare, tailored precisely to your lifestyle, all within a relaxing and soothing environment. Whether you prefer wash-and-go styles, twist outs, braids, or updos, I’ll work with you to create a haircare regimen that fits your specific needs and lifestyle. I’m passionate about helping clients to embrace their natural beauty and feel confident in their own skin, one gorgeous curl/wave at a time.

Billy Del Russo is a highly experienced and skilled hairstylist with over a decade’s worth of diverse experience in the industry. He kick-started his career at Butterfly Salon on Manhattan’s 5th Avenue, working alongside some of the most renowned stylists in the business. He then transitioned into assisting prominent figures in the fashion industry, such as Sarah Potempa and Gregory Paterson, contributing to various fashion shows, including the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Billy has also worked on editorial shoots for prominent publishers like Refinery29 and behind-the-scenes on television programs such as Good Morning America, The Wendy Williams Show, and QVC.
Currently, Billy is working with Reset in Red Bank, New Jersey, where he specializes in hair cutting, coloring, and keratin treatments. He takes immense pleasure in collaborating with clients to help them achieve the desired look that makes them feel and look their best.
